I created a crazy lego character using one of the online image generator options but can't show you as I couldn't work out how to upload it! Arrgghh if I get time I'll try again but don't count on it.

That's the one thing I've found frustrating about doing 23 Things - some applications aren't always logical and it isn't easy to work out how to set up or save information or find the right button to click on to next...

Anyway I'm off to check out someone else's blog and to post some comments - that's got to be easier...

OK I know I'm abit behind in the blogging stakes...so no comments out there...

Anyway in checking out Flickr (I think I've a way to go in mastering the finer points) I found this beautiful tinted photograph on the Library of Congress Flickr site. As someone whose rummaged through postcard piles at markets and wondered about all the images of families past and places, I love the fact that Flickr gives new life to such ephemera as well as connecting family, friends and work colleagues through the sharing of images.

And I love apps, the idea of creating your own set of images or checking out someone else's set is very clever however I'm still not sure what I think about Creative Commons. Yes the licensing options are impressive however isn't the system still open to abuse? How do you know someone isn't inappropriately using your image?

Whilst checking out RSS feeds to subscribe to, I came across this gorgeous blog: http://www.cakespy.com/
Check it out for a sample of sweet treats around Sydney and saliva at the delectable images of cupcakes, cakes, baklava and pastries of all colours.
Ironically the only other feed I subscribed to was Radio National's Health report!
OK I'm late...but more importantly I've finally arrived as an official blogstar! Can I claim that even if I've only added one entry?

It's taken me longer to think about what to call my blog than to set it up...did anyone else have that problem or am I just being vain thinking that the title should be clever, witty or even humorous?

None of which I've achieved, mind you! Although TREATS means: "A source of special delight or pleasure" so I'll be attempting to entice and amuse readers over the coming weeks...stay tuned and let me know what you think?
